Airbnb single fee

When I look up airbnb fees on their site it saya that the 15.5% single fee is required for hosts using PMS and “in countries required to use this structure.” I can’t find a list of those countries and starting date for the change. Can anyone provide a link to that info on abnb site? Thanks!
