I am writing to say that on April 3 of the fourth I booked a Airbnb, and had canceled right away. The support team told me that I would receive my money between 7 to 15 days. They have not put the money back on my account. I’m just wondering if I got scammed because I paid $84.01. They keep calling saying that they’re doing it but they’re not doing it. This was my first time booking AIRBNB and it will be the last time because I got got. The host HUGO told me to contact AIRBNB. I have been fighting this ever since the beginning of April so over it.

It’s been a little while since you posted, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing these issues. Speaking directly with Airbnb Support is the best way to get this resolved. Have you heard from the support team since you posted?
