Each time I log in, my listing information changes without my input, and I’m unable to edit or remove inaccurate details. For example:
I am a fairly new host and I take accuracy and transparency very seriously as a host. I don’t want guests to book based on information that is not true, as this could lead to complaints or negative experiences that are out of my control.
Has anyone else experienced their listing being altered automatically with no way to correct it? Any guidance would be appreciated, because right now it’s incredibly frustrating and puts hosts in a very difficult position.
Thank you in advance.

Hi @Cynthia1554
The second and third issues that you mention both come from the way the amenities were ticked.
You presently have only 7 amenities ticked (most listings have significantly more). Go to the Listings tab and under amenities, add everything that's applicable, including hot water.
When you get to the amenities relating to Kitchen and Dining, untick Kitchen and tick Kitchenette instead.
While in the Listing editor, also click the Photo tour and inside each room folder, tick all of the correct amenities for that particular room.
The first issue that you mention, Lake View, is more complicated. It's sounds to me like it may be a category that was assigned to your listing, but I can't find the "Lake view" on your listing?
You're still sorting everything out, but be sure to write a bit more in the description as well when you get around to it. The listing needs to be as complete as possible to place well in search results.
