Any suggestions why I am not getting booked anymore?

Hello Everyone! I am Gabriele and I am a new host. I created my listing almost a month ago. In the first 2 weeks I've been getting bookings, there was a huge event in Milan, so I guess that was the main reason. Also I checked all the insights and they were ok on those 2 weeks. After that no more bookings, I've lowered the price per night, the cleaning fee, I've tried everything but nothing changed. Also my views dropped down a lot. I don't think I've done something wrong. I just don't understand if that's common or there's something wrong with my listing. Can you please kindly review it ?

the first few weeks Airbnb gives you a helping hand by positioning your listing better in searches, then it's back to normal, and in very competitive markets like Milan you have to try to “stand out.”

I took a look at your photos and they seem a bit too dark, lighter photos perform better on Airbnb, here you can find more tips to improve your photos:

Thank you, besides of that, is there any other way to stand out? Because I've got 5 stars review and the "Guest Favorites" badge but it doesn't help at all and seems like a war to offer the lowest price...
