Attached Granny Annex - Ancillary use and any extra costs if I Airbnb it?
I have an attached single storey granny annex which has a door to the main house and it's own separate entrance. The planning permission currently states it is for 'ancillary' use. Am I able to advertise this on Airbnb with this current planning permission and will there be any additional costs such as council tax etc?
We are looking to set this up and don't want to upset the council so any advice from anyone who has been through this process before would be fantastic.
