Dear Community,
I desperately need an option that would allow me to reduce the availability window to two weeks while being still able to receive requests from guests. The reason is that my business model is shifting towards monthly and I need the platform to adapt to that and only give 2 weeks of the open window frame. this would radically increase my chance to listing my unit and make it findable for guests who wish to stay for a 28-day stay and more.
I have already applied attractive discounts for all my listings but the gaps that people consume outruns the benefit.
Would appreciate it if this can be taken ahead with the development team and apply necessary.
Best Regards,
Abdulla

So after several minutes of fiddling and trying I discovered that this can be achieved.
The solution is as follows:
depending on the market and guest flow, analyze the appropriate period in which you would allow daily rental based to occur. It could be a week or two or if you receive very low inquiries you can set it up to 3 weeks.
Go to your listing > Trip Length > Minimum Stay (nights) "set a number less than 30 days" > Season Requirements "Set minimum stay nights to 30 after 1, 2 or 3 weeks of future duration".
adjust every 1 or 2 days to re-extend the period for the low number of night stays.
It would be nice if there is an option to re-extend the allowable number of low-night stays automatically and perhaps use a lock option to freeze days that you wish to not allow very short-term rentals to occur on specific seasons.
another suggestion is to be able to add captions for seasons so that you would be able to recognize different ones without the need to look at the calendar back and forth.
Kind Regards,

@Abdulla138 I think there is an option whereby you block all dates except those you specifically open so you can do this manually.
If you block the dates you won't be able to receive requests for potential guests on blocked dates and that's not what I am trying to accomplish here.
I want to make them unavailable yet still be able to receive requests.
Thank you for your reply.

Hi @Abdulla138 ,
Thank you for coming back and updating us about the solution. I am sure this thread will help troubleshoot for people who would be facing the same issues.
Thanks again!
