Turn on Airbnb New Listing Discount it is very helpful for getting first reviews.

Photo - General idea is provide a potential Guest with a good visual walk through of property.  Use the Airbnb Room Folders that helps organize for the Guest,

Guests love balcony and views so highlight with pictures,

The Platform has multiple pages for a listing.  You want to write what they are renting and then you have lots of room to highlight property features, location and other things you know make your property a good buy but a potential Guest doesn't know yet.

Creating Guidebooks about an area attraction that is near ties your rental into their popularity.  I noticed on the map you don't look that far from ballparks.

If your listing is already published, head over to the “Today” tab in the Airbnb app. It’s designed to be your central dashboard as a host, giving you a quick overview of your daily hosting tasks and important updates.

From the “Today” tab you can

View your upcoming reservations and guest details.

Track check-ins and check-outs.

See reminders for what needs attention (like updating your calendar or pricing).

Get tips and suggestions to improve your listing’s visibility.

Check for missing or outdated information in your listing or account.

Stay up to date with Airbnb announcements and hosting resources.
