Base price settings not showing in calendar price

Hi guys, I have changed my base price in the pricing settings to $53 nightly for my 1 bedroom, but it’s not reflecting in the calendar (calendar: $55).

Unless I select the dates directly from the calendar to edit the prices  before it appears there (on the calendar).

does that mean guests will see the calendar price in my settings before booking, or the price that’s on the calendar?

thank you very much !

regards,

Carmel

Hi @Carmel459

If I set currency to USD, it shows as $55

What happens if you click a specific night, click on the price and slide the Smart Pricing switch to off?

I honestly have no idea 🙏🏽

Hello @Carmel459

If it's not showing up on the guest calendar, I would double check again what price is showing as your base price under your host calendar.  Any changes made have to be followed by the save button to activate the new price.

Hi @Carmel459

Have you had a chance to check again your base price in your host calendar over the weekend, as Joelle suggested?

Let us know if you managed to get to the bottom of it or need more help please. 🙂

Thanks,

Emilie

Other Hosts have complained about a problem with the base price being "stuck" when using smart pricing. Supposedly its a known bug with Airbnb. One Host said it only affected his weeknights? Here is another thread:
