Airbnb seems to randomly be placing blocks on dates on my properties. Airbnb tech support states it is an issue with my software? But I have no idea what setting is causing the erroneous blocks…. Any ideas? Here are some screen shots:

I sometimes have nights blocked on my calendar that I did not block myself. When I click on the date and choose to unblock it, the system tells me why it was blocked. It is usually another setting such as minimum stay, or specific check-in/check-out days that I have set. Changing the rules for those dates usually fixes the problem. Maybe this helps?
Thanks Shelby. I believe I know the reason that the reservations were blocked. (Booked within 24 hours of the stay, booked under our minimum nights, booked more than 365 days out). However, I was unable to determine why the black "block" shows up on my calendar on my PMS. Wouldn't the reservation just be prevented? Maybe I need to look at the reservations on the Airbnb calendar to obtain more details.
@Deanna282 when a block shows up on my Airbnb calendar it implies nobody can book that date due to my present restrictions (regardless of whether someone tried to book it). But I am unsure what the impact of your 3rd party software is. You may have to play around with your restrictions to see what opens the blocks.

Are you using a 3rd party channel manager connected to your Airbnb accounts? The screen shots don't appear like Airbnb listing pages? If so, it could have something to do with the settings on the channel manager's platform that is causing your Airbnb calendar to be blocked?

Difficult to analyze without being able to see your calendar settings on both Airbnb and your channel manager. You would have to check your availability settings on both Airbnb and the channel manager to determine that.
