Blocking of months automatically

Hello! I have a question? I rent my home for spring,summer,fall in the beautiful Adirondacks NY. We also have renters who rent from us from December 1st - April 1st. So I thought I blocked off those dates for the previous year. Then those dates were available cause someone booked in February and I had to cancel that booking. I got charged $50 for that. How to I keep it booked for every year so no one  can book those winter dates. Thank you!

You need to block those time period for every year manually. You can do this already now for some years.

The "availabilty window" setting should not reopen them.
