Blocking off dates/payment setup

Hi!  Trying to set up listing correctly.  I am unable to block off dates, screen is gray.  

also my debit card for payments to us did not go through.  I may need to change the address of record 

photos are put in order by category but when i look at my listing they are all out of order.
