I had an instant booking last night for today. The home is not available. How does the reservation get canceled

Hi @Erin9303 

You will have to go to the booking and select cancel.

Unfortunately this will hurt your host status and your listing status, and you'll be fined. Only cancel if you're sure you cannot host.

Hi @Erin9303, Shelley shared a way to cancel the booking request. Did you end up doing that?

I was also wondering if you've considered turning off Instant Book for the days you need between stays to clean and prepare the house.
