My main question is how do I file a bug ticket? I tried contacting support and they were not helpful. I have figured out a workaround so this is not an immediate issue for me but very frustrating.
here’s what’s happening-
I needed to update a reservation because the guest forgot to add their pet. When I changed the guests to include one pet it didn’t add the pet fee AND lowered the nightly fee. I don’t want to charge the pet fee in this case. Accommodation total was displaying as $2330 before and $2290.40 after. So I clicked “edit” next to the accommodation total and I typed 2330 then clicked save. It saved as $2370. I wasn’t able to edit it a second time. I had to close out of the change window and start over to edit a different amount. Every time it saved the accommodation total as $40 more than whatever I entered but it wouldn’t accept 2290 as a “change” and would just save it as 2290. So I finally realized I could change it to $2289 and it would save as $2329 and I would only lose $1. Definitely a bug.
