Hello everyone, I have never been on any community board before I replied to a few things but have never asked a question. My question is does anybody have any problems with their Baseline pricing when they want to change it? I've had this issue since I started with Airbnb back in March and it won't let me change my base price in my calendar. I've had to manually change it whenever I want to and I prefer just sitting the Baseline price at one thing and then putting in prices throughout the year where I want them on the calendar. I have discussed this issue four times with Airbnb customer support and they cannot get it figured out. What I've been reading is that there's a glitch in the sinking and I guess they don't know how to fix it. So I am considering closing this listing and starting over which makes me sad. I'm about at Super host and I have to start over. However, in the long run it might be worth it.
Has anybody had this problem with their calendar Baseline and if so did you close the listing and start over or has anyone ever started over with their listing?

The base price is a price used for all dates on the calender. It can be a fixed amount or it can be "Smart Pricing", which varies the price between two limits. The price for a specific date or a specific time periode can be changed by setting the price for that date or time period directly into the calender (custom price).
So i have some questions:
1. Are you not able to change the base price setting or can't you change (customize) a price directly into the calender ?
2. Are you performing those changes on the multicalender (""professional hosting tools" needed) or on the listing calender ?
3. If using the app, did you you also try to make the changes on the website (using a desktop/laptop) ?
If you make a price change, is there an error showing or is the change simply not executed/saved ?
(I hope Airbnb support have asked these questions also).
Your info is greatly appreciated! Per customer service, they said there's a system glitch with syncing my prices. Other hosts are experiencing the same issues. I'm still learning everything, it's been 3 months for our listing. I'm not sure about the calendar questions you asked. I need to do more research for what you asked.
I did try my laptop, its the baseprice I enter doesn't reflect on my calendar. I need to see the difference in multi calendar & listing calendar.
