Hi Everyone,
I recently used the "Price Tips" feature on Airbnb to adjust the prices in my calendar. Afterwards, I reverted the prices to my original rates. However, I've encountered an issue: the dates I modified are now labelled as custom prices, I think. When I attempt to change my main price, the calendar only updates my Friday and Saturday rates, but it does not apply the new base rate to the nights I manually adjusted.
I would like to know if there is a way to reset my calendar so that those dates return to being considered normal base-rate dates.
Thank you!
I dont know if AI is right about it, but at least you can give it try (and let us know if succesful !)
Quoted from the AI answer:
- Open your Airbnb Calendar and select the date or range of dates that have a custom price.
- In the pricing panel on the right side of the screen, locate the custom nightly price field.
- Clear or delete the custom amount, or click the option to revert/reset to your default.
- Save your changes so the calendar reverts to showing your standard base price or Smart Pricing for those dates.
Thank you, @Emiel1 , for your reply. I tried this AI tool, and it gave me the same solution. Unfortunately, there are no buttons to revert or reset those rates.
Known bug with calendar pricing manually and prices for weeknights (base price right panel) then stuck and not adjustable. Not been fixed as far as I know by Airbnb:
