Calendar booking

Hi good afternoon, I have someone that just booked for the seventh and eighth of May. And it’s not showing on the calendar that it’s booked. I went all the way out and came back in to Airbnb site and it’s still showing open. How do I fix this?

The dates are bookable for me too. 

Go to Messages and click the conversation thread. What does it say right at the top when you click "show reservation"? The status will usually be something like "arrives in 3 days" or "awaiting guest review" or "past guest". Does this one show "canceled"?

Hello @Anna18596, I just took a look at your calendar and May 7 and 8 look booked. Has everything been resolved on your end? If yes, do you happen to know what was happening?
