I noticed that I was getting no bookings through Airbnb. On checking I found that some available dates were showing to guests as unavailable and, on my host calendar, were listed as neither available or blocked. When I tried to list them as 'available' the change was ignored. Also other dates, shown as available to guests were indicating 'host unavailable' when I tried to click on them. I tried to remove all date and day restrictions to see if it was a glitchy rule set problem but it did not allow me to edit or delete sufficiently. Airbnb I think your booking calendar system needs an overhaul! Thankfully I have other bookings, but it seems that I may as well delist if I can't get the calendar to work as I need it to.

To me it does sound like there are some restrictions on the dates.

You will see that @Joan2709 suggested correcting it with professional tools, although I am not sure whether this is what you have already tried.

Without being able to see your calendar and settings it's difficult to really pinpoint the problem. Sounds like you are listed on other platforms and have your calendar(s) synced to Airbnb? Sometimes there are also issues with 3rd party software programs like Dynamic Pricing or Channel Managers connected to your Airbnb account. Since we aren't aware of your specifics, here are some possible issues:
Pro Tools/Rule Sets
Sounds you have Pro Tools turned on and are using Rule Sets? Rule sets can be tricky and sometimes not work as you think they will depending on the criteria you set.
Channel Manager or Dynamic Pricing Software
Are you using a 3rd Party Channel Manager or Dynamic Pricing software attached to your Airbnb account? If so, many times the problem is with the settings and the interface between Airbnb and the 3rd party software.
Other Platforms
If you are new to Airbnb, many Hosts don't sync their calendars correctly, or misunderstand how the calendars will appear when bookings are made on another platform.
