Calendar not working

I have a 7 day minimum and 7 day maximum condo I want to list.  Check in days are Friday saturday and sunday only.  I set all parameters in the calendar and it is blocking ALL days.  Can some one help?

I have listed this 2x's in as many years without any issues but for what ever reason I can't get the calendar to be accurately displayed.

check in Friday Sat Sun only, 7 day minimum  and 7 day max (maybe this is the issue)

basically I have 1 week to sell, can be during any 7 day term starting Feb 14 through March 2025, I will have to look at availability after that..  overall once that week is booked that's it for the year and will relist next year.    In the past I have inquiries within hours after listing it.  I have it not listed status for now until I can get this calendar working correctly

We won't be able to see your listing unless it is "active".

What is the listing status right now? I would just change your calendar availability to Unavailable by Default and turn off Instant Book while you are working on this. Then activate your listing so we can see it.

Are you using pro tools and/or rule sets?

As long is instant book is off...

go into the calendar and open the dates for your booking window and I will try to book as a guest.

You can also try it by clicking "View" when in your listing.

I'm assuming this is a time share?

What is your availability window set to? Looks like 9months? You have dates open May-October? Wouldn't you need to manually open the dates Feb-March...

Do the dates show blocked on your Host calendar? What happens when you try to unblock them?

When you try to unblock the dates in Feb-March what does the right panel say? When I tried booking as a guest in May-October it works fine.

the minimum stay is set to 7 days  I have tried reducing the mins but it allows potential booking clients the ability to checkin and check out the next day.  I am renting 1 full week only...

Ok...did you try unblocking the Feb 9-13th?
