This may be an AirBnB issue, but I'm pretty sure I'm just not seeing where I can do it. I have a home calendar that is printed so my family can see what is reserved and when. My question is, I'd like to print the AirBnB calendar WITH my notes... is there a way I can do that? Many of our guests have food and plant allergies, have mobility issues, etc. I like to keep those notes for repeat guests as it only helps with the guest experience.

As far as I know, it is currently not possible to print the calendar with notes. I tried syncing the calendar with tools like Google Calendar, but that also doesn't include the notes for printing. For now, you might have to keep two separate records.

However, I hope to be proven wrong, as it’s a valid need for hosts — and a great idea as well.

Perhaps Airbnb might be receptive to the idea if you send feedback regarding their calendar.

Yes, sadly Airbnb removed the at-a-glance feature of calendar notes with the Summer 2023 release. See this thread:

Unfortunately, despite many Hosts asking for a return of that functionality, it has not happened. The other issue is that once a date has passed, you are unable to view your notes on the calendar. They do however stay attached to the reservation. What a pain. This means to view a note from a past date, you must do mutliple steps to see it by viewing the reservation details.
