Can I rent my house on airbnb all year long?

My house is located in Silver Bluff, Florida, and I want to know if I can have it available on airbnb all

year long.

As long as there are no local restrictions. What does it say on your local government website about STRs and any restrictions/licensing requirements @Luciana429
