For some reason, there is a 4-night minimum stay setting from May 23 onward, and I cannot figure out how to delete it.
I use Pricelabs > Hospitable > Airbnb — When I look at my Pricelabs and Hospitable calendars, it shows a 2-night minimum stay (as it should be ), it only shows the 4 night min in Airbnb when I select a date on the calendar. I used a rule Set to overide this, but I would like to not have to do that.
Is there a way to set everything in Airbnb back to default so Airbnb only uses the settings coming from Pricelabs > Hospitable?
thanks
If it's an Airbnb setting you may find it when you click the date and then click Custom Settings @Alex14356
The problem is that if you do that now, it well only show the rule set (you'll have to delete the rule to see Custom Settings).
The other possibility is that it may be a setting for the day of the week. Go to the overall minimum stay setting in the Availability tab and check whether you have a different setting for some nights of the week.
Thank you, @Shelley159 ,
I have looked at both of those settings — the min night stay where it says "4 night minimum" gives me a cursor with 🚫 under it and says I have to edit that in my calendar management software (Hospitable). So I talk to hospitable and they says its an airbnb setting. I called Airbnb and I get someone who I can barely understand and they say its Hospitable... Im going in circles.
Hello @Alex14356
I went onto your calendar as a guest and I am seeing a 2 day minimum stay being applied from 23rd May. Also checked for some dates in June and July and there is that 2 day minimum showing there too!
Weird then that on your end, you are seeing a 4 day minimum stay but at least it seems OK from the guest side
Can you give us some exact dates that are showing that 4 day minimum to be doubly sure that all is OK on the listing seen by guests at least?
Thanks for looking @Joelle43. I added a rule set in Airbnb to override the 4-night minimum, so it's working now. It's just not ideal to have that 4 night minimum in the background for the future.
I've been on ai chat with Hospitable all morning — they have attempted to force a resync in an attempt to resolve it, but it wont go away. I am waiting for a human at Hospitable reach out to help resolve it.
