Can’t find our listing.

We are super hosts and we have gone to the listings and cannot find our guesthouse in the listings. Also a family member went to the site and couldn’t find it either. I checked the earlier this summer and ran into the same problem. I did send this question to Airbnb at that time. I’m concerned because it may have some affect on people scheduling with us.
