Thank you so much everyone.s🌟
@Paula @Darshan60 Thanks. The listing looks lovely great reviews and perfect response to negative reviews. The where you will sleep area says and shows 2 sofas no mention of bedrooms. That needs to be fixed. The pictures could be better. I recommend a pro, pay them once and if yhey are good you will make what you paid them every month! Lastly the bathroom pictures are scary, the tiles in the corner look filthy. I understand you had issues with water pressure, and the extra pipes and tanks help with that but it could be done neater. And lastly there are random buckets and mops and tubs in the bathrooms. Ckear them out get some bleach and scub them clean and retake the pictures. I hope this helps.
Hey Darshan,
It looks like you have a pretty cozy space there really, but I'm going to agree completely with Tom and say you desperately need to work on the bathroom, and then retake photos. I can see you in three of the photos, two of which I can clearly make out that you took the pictures with a cell phone. While phones are getting better and better all the time, you'll never compete with someone using a camera designed to capture spaces like that. The lighting will be more balanced and brighter, the photos will be much sharper, and the presentation is much more professional and inviting.
Also, for a unit that size, I wouldn't suggest so many photos. I got the idea of the living area by the fourth photo, and it wasn't until picture 10 that I saw something new. Take a shot from each side so I can see where I'm going to be, and unless there's something special, move on. I could cut out 15 photos easily and still clearly show the space in an inviting way.
Take some time in your description too. I didn't take the time to read it all, but I did find duplicates in just what I did read. Definitely list the important things you have, but make sure they're in there once and leave it at that or you're going to lose guests who take the TLDR approach and miss what you have to offer. That can also help in avoiding potential disappointment in guests. Reading the description is important, but when it's too long to read quickly you lose the entire section.
It sounds like your guest experience is good, so keep that up for sure. Communication and hosts being interested in their guests stay is the single most important part of the process. Giving guests the service they deserve is a little more work for you, sure, but it will drastically change the reviews, and it shows that you're doing a good job there.
Here's the simple stuff:
Fix the bathrooms so they look "safe" to use.
Get a professional photographer in there.
Cut the number of photos down to no more than 30 (maybe 35 at most if you have aerial photography done)
Condense your description so you don't lose people who aren't willing to read that much.
Above all else, keep crushing your guest interactions and service!
Good luck,
Hello @Darshan60 ,
Your listing already has a great advantage with the greenery and peaceful surroundings, which many travelers look for when visiting Nashik. A few small improvements can make it even more appealing and increase bookings:
1. Improve the first photo
The cover photo is the most important. Choose the brightest and most attractive picture showing greenery and the living area together to immediately catch attention.
2. Add lifestyle photos
Guests like to imagine their stay. Adding photos like morning tea on the balcony, cozy living room setup, or dining table arrangement can make the listing feel more inviting.
3. Highlight key amenities early
In the first two lines of your description, clearly mention things travelers search for such as Wi-Fi, AC, parking, peaceful location, and proximity to vineyards or tourist spots in Nashik.
4. Add a small local guide
Mention nearby attractions like vineyards, temples, or scenic viewpoints. This helps guests see the experience, not just the apartment.
5. Add a few vibrant touches
Simple things like plants, cushions, warm lighting, or wall décor can make the space look more lively in photos.
Small presentation improvements can significantly increase clicks and inquiries.
Wishing you many great bookings!
