I'm afraid that Airbnb have dropped this feature this year to make room for Experiences and Services that they have recently introduced. Guests seemed to really appreciate these categories but totally agree with you that there are not enough filters for guests to choose from in a search on Airbnb.

As a host myself, the category that my listing was placed in by AI is still there so if you make a search on internet and put in a category that you are searching for, you should see those Airbnbs for that particular category with a link towards the listing show up. I know it's not ideal but it may do the trick?
