Change listing type whenever needed

Hi,

 my airbnb is sometimes a room in my house, and sometimes I rent the whole house when I’m away.

what is the best option to go with it?

Could I have two separated listings? And manage the calendar in each of them?

I suggest separate listings. 

If you try to use the same listing for both Room & whole home , guests will not see your property if they use the Rooms Filter in search. Room.

Turn on Professional Hosting Tools to get the multicalendar view (only on the desktop) and be sure to sync the calendars to prevent double bookings. If you want to use the property entire for personal use, you must manually block both calendars - only reservations will block the calendars automatically.
