We have a listing called "Beautiful apartment for 2-5", listed at 100€/night, but we list a charge of 15€/night for each person over two. Is this appropriate?

You can charge an extra guest fee, but it is a negative when guests are searching. Addl fees deter guests from booking. I would remove the addl guest fee and price it as @Joelle43 says for 4 people by looking at whatever iistings for 4 people in you area are charging.
Bonjour,
J'ai également un tarif de base et un supplément à partir de la 4e personne mais de 10€.
A vous de voir si vous restez compétitif avec 15€ de supplément.
Cordialement
Hello @Helena-And-Tony0
To be sure that your price is competitive, I would make a search for your area for 4 people and check what your competitors are priced at and then adjust if needed your price per additional person
All the best

Hello @Joelle43 -
We just recently exchanged info on "suspicious" inquiries. But now I have found this thread... and I'm second-guessing my decision to create two listings for basically the same apartment. Let me lay it out again:
1 bed/1 bath above garage apartment with open concept living/dining/kitchen and separate entrance.
Originally, I was planning to live in the apartment and rent my main house's and had a door cut that accesses my massage office downstairs off the separate entrance landing. But as my first renters' date approached six weeks ago, I thought about guests having to pull out the queen daybed and moving the coffee table and such, and I decided to move my massage practice to the other end of the main house and convert the old office into a 2nd bedroom.
So now I have two rental options: the upstairs apartment, 1 bed/1 bath, ideal for two guests, or the upstairs and downstairs bedroom combined as a 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath (there's a powder room outside the downstairs bedroom, which is listed as a shared space even though none of us in the main house need to use it; it was for my massage clients mostly).
Part of my confusion is about pricing. How to price for two vs four people. I've looked at comparable listings in my area, but it's tricky because this is what some might call a "high end" rental. And it's not a hotel because of the full kitchen and other niceties I provide (snacks, drinks). And even though I'm living in the main house, it's very private and in a beautiful, seemingly secluded setting (and yet the grocery is only three minutes away)!
So I don't know if I should stick with the two listings and just figure out the pricing better. Or go with one listing and charge the extra per person fee.
Honestly, sometimes I act like I'd just give it away for free. That's why my children's French music CD business never quite took off. I hated charging people for what it was worth, ha ha!
Thoughts? And thank you so much. I can see you're a presence in the Airbnb Community, and I am very grateful.

Bonjour @Joan2709 ,

Good morning.
I added the option for an additional charge for each extra person beyond the two people.
One person booked for 3 adults and 1 child, and there's only a 10 CHF supplement... how can I make sure it's 10 CHF per additional person? Thank you.
