Hi everyone! I'm looking to break into Airbnb co-hosting and would love some advice from those who are already doing it.
A little about me—I have years of experience in property management, own and operate my own successful service business, consult with other businesses on operations and growth, and have extensive experience in customer service, scheduling, travel planning, and organization. Wearing so many hats has taught me how to anticipate problems before they happen, communicate effectively, and create systems that keep everything running smoothly.
I feel like these skills would translate well into co-hosting. My goal is to help Airbnb owners who want someone they can trust to handle guest communication, coordinate cleanings and maintenance, manage bookings, and take care of the day-to-day details so they can enjoy the income without the stress.
For those of you who started as co-hosts, how did you land your first client? What would you recommend someone with my background focus on to get started? I'd appreciate any advice, tips, or lessons you've learned along the way. Thanks in advance!
