Co-host required in Green Point, Cape Town

Looking for a private individual (not a management company please) to co-host a one-bedroom unit during the warmer months in Green Point, Cape Town. 

Requirements: good communication skills (spoken and written), must be experienced in running an Airbnb & must live in or around the area (for seamless key collection/drop-offs).

Thanks for responding to my message. I really appreciate it. I am currently located in Hout Bay, but need someone close by to attend to guests. I do think Blouberg might be a bit far especially for arranging key handover, etc.

Ideally you should try and work with an established superhost 4.8 rating and above to ensure your cohost can deliver a great service .

do check out the ratings of those pitching here to manage your properties some have what Airbnb consider low rankings 

FYI airbnb considers host with 4.6 ratings or below to have low ratings and can suspend or cancel their listing.
