HI, my name is Tatyona and I am wanting to join the airbnb business but first before I jump into my own I would love to become a co-host to a few airbnbs I recently took an airbnb class and learned so much such as: funding, creating a website, and location & how to pick an airbnb that’s going to get booking I am really interested on learning more and working with someone I am willing to help with bookings, help clean, help set up take pictures etc anything that needs to be to make the guest more comfortable & to make easier for the guest to book.
Hello @Tatyona0
To become a co-host and be of value to hosts, you need extensive experience of hosting yourself.
Do you have experience of managing cleaning services or cleaning STRs?
Do you know the various listings platforms inside out?
What would you do if you needed to evict a problem guest?
Do you know how to vet guests.
Unfortunately there are lots of get rich quick courses on how to run an Airbnb but you can't learn how to host or be a cohost by going on a course. Marketing is just one element of what you need to know to be a host.
So start off by hosting and once you become an experienced superhost then you can look at setting up a cohosting business and marketing your services. @Tatyona0
