Cohosting in Calgary, Ab and area

Hi All,

I'm interested in finding out more information about cohosting in Calgary and area. I have no experience in STR but have been a landlord of a couple properties for many years and would like to start a business. I would be interested in finding out any information from people who are looking for cohosts or who have started cohosting themselves. 

I've also though about putting together different luxury or high end welcome "packages" I.e.) movie night, luxury bath products, local gourmet products etc. If this is of any interest to any potential  Calgary hosts I would love to hear from you!

What type of information are you seeking, @Lindsay308 ?  Do you understand this platform or any short term rental platform and the common city regulations for short term rentals.  Some good resources for the platform are the various discussion threads on the CC and for city regs, go to your city and read the regs in your area.
