Creating a listing for someone else

I am a host and a cohost. I have a home owner who wants me to create and run their listing. Is this expectable and what steps would I take to have the payments go into their account?

As an experienced cohost I'm sure you know already and I don't want to sound patronising  but the easiest way to do this is 1) help the host set up the listing 2) have them add you as a cohost  3) manage the listing for them.
