@Shannon785 It looks good to me and you seem to have little availability so it seems successful. Just one thought - What did you use to determine your pricing?

@Mike-And-Jane0, I've gone back and forth with the price. I started low to attract bookings. Then I went higher. I looked at other Airbnb's in the area and tried to base the price off the same amenities but there are not too many in the area. Most are beach front condos.

Good work! Yoiu have great reviews, I suggest adding a description of the neighborhood, parks, restaurants, airports, bars, museums, and more things to do in the area.
