Hello, I'm interested in someone critiquing my listings and would like to ask a few questions. I just listed two rooms in my home with AirBNB, each has it's own listing.

Questions:
1. My listings allow for guests to bring their pets.
What is the average going rate that hosts charge for this fee?
How can I set the fee so that it is a fee per pet rate? Also, I do not seem to have any flexibility, the only option I have when setting up this fee is as a one time fee for the duration of the guest's stay. So, if my guest stays one night, the pet fee is set at $50, but if my guest stays 2 weeks or a month, it's still $50 per stay. I'd like to have some flexibility in the pricing and be able to set the pet fee as a per nightly rate or per weekly rate etc.
I had a guest show up for a two night stay with her pet dog. She didn't indicate that she was coming with a pet and she didn't pay for the pet fee at the time of her booking. How do I best remedy this problem from happening again?
2. Dedicated Work Space:
I was asked to indicate if the work space was in a shared space or a private space, my only option was yes or no. Guests can work privately from their rooms as each bedroom is equipped with a table and chairs to work from, but they are also welcome to work in other spaces in my home that are shared spaces. So it's not just a yes or no answer.
3. Does AirBNB provide signage for Hosts to display on their home, lawn or front door to indicate that they offer AirBNB stays?
