Looking for a rental for family to stay while they visit me, I live in the area and am familiar with the area, this rental seems sketchy because of no reviews and the photos shared. Thoughts? Host has been hosting 11 years but not many reviews.

Hello @Jimmy573
The link you have given will get taken down as it's we're not allowed to post other peoples listings but in the meantime, i had a look at the place. It says 25 rooms!! Normally a host would make a listing that shows all 25 rooms so that you are sure of having the one you booked for. Obviously not the case here as only one room is shown.
They have at least 4 other listings and no reviews on any of them so this host is very new.
Why not make a search using the Guest Favorite filter (recent good reviews from guests) or spot the Super Host (yellow and red badge) that appears on the listings that come up in your search? Two guarantees of a good stay!
If you are not staying with the family, Airbnb does not allow 3rd party bookings so you'll need to get someone from the group to book.
All the best
