Payoneer payout limits

I am new to Airbnb and payoneer. I received my first payment from Airbnb but payoneer is not allowing me to transfer to my linked bank. It says the amount is below minimum limit.

How do i know my minumim limit ?

why payoneer is holding up my money even if its 10 dollar ?

can anyone help ?
