Hello everyone!
I am a new host. I have been hosting since June. I had a few bookings in the beginning with positive reviews and feedback from my guests. I have a beachfront condo in Puerto Rico. My last guest stayed the first week in August. I haven’t had a booking since. I know Hurricane season definitely plays a role in this. Just looking for any suggestions or tips from fellow hosts to see if there are any improvements I can make in my listing! Thank you!

Hello @Lee5840
Absolutely you need to take new more bright and clean photos. Just keep them clear and simple. All spaces must look clean, no messy. Show nice close up corners. Avoid intense colors like the blue one you have on the sofa bed. White or earth colors show nicer on beds. May be no need to show the sofa open, just show a nice bedroom instead, only and mention the sofa bed on description. Show only the nice beach photos of the surounding, as the yard you show its not tidy enought. Just a nice part of the gym also, no need to show the whole room. Too many things
The first impression of the guest to book are the photos. They dont even read description. If they like the photos, then you have done more than half of the job.
good luck
