2. Your house rules are clear, well-written, and comprehensive.
3. Your listing photos could be improved to better align with Airbnb’s recommended quality standards.
4. High-quality, professionally captured photos make a significant difference. They help your listing stand out in search results, attract more guests, and can increase booking potential.
5. I recommend hiring a professional photographer with experience in Airbnb photography to showcase your space in the best possible way.
6. Consider working with a professional housekeeper who specializes in Airbnb properties. Paying close attention to presentation, especially neatly made and well-styled beds, creates a great first impression.
7. If possible, replace the floral bed covers with plain, neutral-colored bedding. Simple, solid colors tend to make rooms appear brighter, more spacious, and more inviting in photos.

Thank you for the advice @Naomi208! On other platforms we used professional photos but none of them seemed realistic. After a retailitory review on the listing on here, I'm getting feedback that the photos make the home appear bigger than it is. It's a camper with an addition so I've tried to capture the narrow hallway in that section. I want authentic, not misleading but even with the square footage listed it doesn't seem to be enough. Airbnb is the only platform I've ever gotten less than a 5* rating. I just don't know what the issue is or how to correct it.
