Hello Emilie,

So far 2025 started with a long 20 day booking in January. Not the normal, weekend 2 night or 3 night stay. We are in location that has specific dates of high demand during the year, because of festivals and 2 to 3 days event But those dates are not many. So we depend on people booking for getaway stay during the rest of the year. We know that type of stay requires an amenity driven property. We recently added a firepit area and a nice landscaping to complement it. But 2025, so far looks to be slow for  bookings in advance.
