Thank you for the input. I will work on that 🙂
I suggest you share more about your place in a way that would make the potential visitor very happy to book your place. Here is a description that might work besides the excellent suggestions from above from other hosts:

Hi Courtney. I also like the idea of an updated cover photo and brightening, adjusting the inside pictures. I can get a sense of what it looks like, but an update might bring it home. I love the backyard garden idea! I wish I could see more of that if it includes plants, flowers, or other features. It's such a cool home!
Hi Courtney,
I'm very new at this myself and the other suggestions seem right one - agree with brightening/lightening the pictures.
Do you have any outside photos?
I actually like the blue door and the wreath, but maybe show more of it.
Also in the living room the coffee table overwhelms the picture a bit, both in size and dark color. Might you have a smaller and lighter colored table? Or could you take it out and some more plants?
best wishes!
-Mary
Hi Courtney!
I would agree with the masses and review your pictures. I would elimate duplicates (bunk bed with and without safety bar).
I would re-take the photos of the bedrooms without the TVs on the beds and get the angle/distorted view/lighting under control. These rooms are probably way more beautiful than the pictures!
Hi Courtney,
Thank you for being open to a critique. Molly gave really good pointers and I would follow all of them. The house is close to the beach but the pictures are so dark I can't see it. You've done a great job setting everything up now it's time to get professional photography to sell it - it's usually around $200 and it's worth it. In these pictures the TVs are on the beds, that's not very inviting. I would also work on the description to be a little longer. You can use AI to come up with a great title and description, it truly works.
Good luck with everything!
Do you have professional pictures?
Hi, listing looks great. Only thing I would change is the cover photo. The one of the front door is not the best.
Hello @Courtney739 namastey from India. i have gone through your listing and i must say you have done a fabulous job. However there are few things i feel need to be adjusted:
- The photos seems to be of less pixel. I would suggest you to click from a good angle and upload HIGH DEFINITION(HD) photo to make your listing more enhancing.
- I could see the price that is kept for 6 guests same. I would suggest you to be more flexible with the PRICE. You can keep the same proce for the first two guests and as the no.of guests increases the price increase.
- Be more flexible with the cancellation policy as it might occur that due to some reason the guests trip might be change because of some unforeseen circumstances. So providing a FLEXIBLE REFUNDABLE POLICY would help you to get more bookings.
-The DISCRIPTION needs to be WRITTEN THOROUGHLY to avoid any future disputes with the guest.
I wish you a good luck & HAPPY HOSTING. 🙂
Hi Courtney! You have a great cozy place! The colors and decor make it really feel and seem super comfortable. I have only two things to suggest. One, would be to add a little more in your property description to give insight into the area and highlights of staying at your property. The second would be to really review your photos again., especially the ones indoors. Your perspective good, but the lighting / brightness is dim, too dark. The stretchy photos are a bit too much. You can reduce that. I personally don't like them, but I know people recommend them. In the bedroom with the bunk beds, I would smooth out the bedding to almost no wrinkles and whatever that is on the floor should be flattened. You also have double of some areas. The cover photo of your door is a great idea. The color and decor is fabulous. I would just frame it differently (maybe more straight on) and get more of it into view. Seems too close.
I hope this helps! Good luck with your new property!
