Critique my listing

I"m a superhost, five star guest favorite and have been at almost 90 percent since December but all of a sudden haven't gotten a booking in weeks, market occupancy is 60 percent! 

Did something change in the algorythm?

Not sure, but isn't this the slower season in Florida?  

The only thing I saw on the listing that might put off guests is the on-going construction from 7am-7pm. Not sure guests want to hear construction noise during a vacation. Not much you can do about that though and glad you clearly disclose that on the listing. That's all I can really see that might be a factor?

To be on the safe side, you might want to add potential for noise to the Guest Safety Section/Property Info on the Listing Editor.

@Angi1017 Where do your visitors come from? International travel is down massively to the US due to your government's recent policies 

you could also look at seasonal variations and supply and demand for your sort of listing in your location.
