I have to say I love your flat. It is super cool and my wife and I and our son would love to stay in a place like this if we ever visited. Your price is very inexpensive, I was actually shocked how low your rates are. Could raising them perhaps help reach a demographic expecting to pay more?

Besides the comments already given, maybe it isn't your listing. Maybe it is just the state of the world (Cold season, economic uncertainty, and so on).  I am sure that business will pick up. You have a nice listing with good reviews.  Just continue checking out your competition to keep competitive pricing and fees.
