Critique my listing!

Hello!

We have been hosting for coming up to a year now and would love some constructive feedback from the Airbnb community to help us improve our listing (and property!) in our second year of hosting!

Thank you!

Hi There!

Couldnt see when you first posted but I find it hard to believe no one responded yet.

I have been at this almost three years, made super host w/in 6 months and have been carrying a 4.9 since the start. I am the best in the area but I have dead times, sometimes I should be booked out for local events but I am not. I also want to find other avenues to market my place, AB&B wins-I win so why is it so hard to find alternatives?

Well I normally dont do chats and such and I hope in the future I can find this thread again but here goes. I have been in hospitality for 30 years as a chef and owner and then another 10 dedicated to tourism. How I treat my place is like it's a home. Think about the little things that have almost no cost. A pair of siscores that are easy to find. A guest wants to go do something, well I have maps and directions all ready printed out. Always put yourself in there shoes first, have you ever pretended you are a guest at your place for a few days? No cheating now since you know everything as what to bring and such but try it. A guest will always do better with what they need over what they want. Get some good pics!! I going on a full set for a second time. Just be you when you decorate, I have a few eclectic pieces (not to much though) but just be you and guests will see that you have put yourself into your place , they will love you for that.

Well good luck!!
