Custom Link photo not working

Hi

Recently when I copy and paste my custom link the cover photo is replaced with a character. Does anyone know why and how to fix it?

Hi @Kimberly1085 ! Since you posted a few days back, has anything changed with your custom link since? Does the cover photo for the custom link appear correctly?
