Custom Promotions no longer available

Overnight my ability to set new custom promotions on all listings has disspeared. My existing ones are still there, but no new ones can be set - any ideas / anyone else?

Can you explain exactly at what point it goes wrong? Has the "add custom promotion" button disappeared or can't you select dates?

The add custom promotion button has disappeared from all listings. CS belive it is a tech issue and have peeps looking into it now.

Agreed, I use it all the time - it does appear to be fixed now, on both app and desktop.

Do you know how it was fixed?  I have the same problem and support has no idea how to resolve it.  They say it it the PMS doing something

I sometimes have an issue that I can't add a custom promotion to dates that I've re-priced on the calendar (by typing prices on the calendar itself). The problem remains even after I turn smart pricing back on. I don't know if this is another form of the same issue that you're having (I don't have add-on software). In my case the "custom promotion" button is always there, it's just that I can't select specific dates to add the promotion. Has your custom promotion button disappeared completely like in the post above?

Did you recently connect your listing to a Channel Manger (API PMS)?

If so, it is my understanding that Custom Promotions are not available to Hosts with a connected Channel Manager. Here is another thread on the topic:

@Tim3904 How long did it take them to get it fixed for you? I have a tech support case number and they can’t figure out how to get it back for me. It’s super frustrating.
