In the months of July and August I have a 7 night minimum Saturday-Saturday booking requirement. For the remainder of the year, I have a 3 night minimum with no restriction of day of week for check-in.
In prior years (I have been hosting since 2017) I have been able to easily set these booking paramaters for just the months of July & August. The new updates this year enable me to set the 7 night minimum for those dates, but will not allow me to specify Saturday check-in/check-out without changing the ENTIRE YEAR calendar to have a Saturday requirement. Obviously this is not going to work!
Other hosting platforms are allowing these paramaters. Not sure why AIRBNB would have changed this? Is anyone else having this problem? For now I have turned off instant booking so that I can direct booking requests to the Saturday check-in requirement. I am hoping AIRBNB fixes this!

Hi @Gretchen27
Sadly, Airbnb removed the custom min stay by date on the regular calendar with the Summer 2023 release. As @Mike-And-Jane0 mention , you can still apply custom min stays to your calendar using Pro Tools and Rule Sets. Below is a link to the Community Guide with screen shots that explains how to do that:

@Gretchen27 if you go to your account and switch on pro tools you can then apply rulesets to various dates in your calendar to achieve what you want.
Thank you this worked! i spoke with customer service yesterday and they did not mention that this was an option,
