Debits from resolutions

I am being charged for an error by Airbnb. Resolution payments( going back to 2022)  are being deducted from me the host instead of the owners of the property who received the payouts. They were supposed to be deducted from the next stay as stated in Airbnb's policies. This is causing me substantial financial hardship as I am retired and use income from my personal Airbnb to supplement my income and  I cannot ask the owners to reimburse me. One is dead and the other has Alzheimer's. I helped elderly people in my Over 55 Community host their homes but received no payouts. The money from the stays went directly to their accounts. Airbnb is taking money from me to cover their mistake which is wrong on so many levels.

I have had no luck contacting customer support. I now have my own listing which they are about to debit.

Hi @Linda4305

Back in 2022, were you listed as the primary host?

It’s possible that, on Airbnb’s side, you were registered as the official listing owner during that period.
