Denver Short Term License Address Match Issue

Hello everyone,

I am an upcoming host in the Denver county area. I'm trying to resolve an issue with Airbnb customer service where I get the following message when entering my short term license 'Meet local requirements':

"The license details you submitted are invalid. Review and provide a valid license number, or check that your property address registered with Denver matches your listing address exactly. If your license was issued today, try again in 24 hours after details have been fully processed."

The address on my license includes a "N" for North, however there is no such thing on the listing address and I tried adding it manually in Airbnb without any effect. Also, the "N" (nor "S") does not even exist in Google Maps. Its entirely a thing from the city of Denver it seems.

Any help how to fix this would be appreciated as I'm sure many Denverites had the same problem!

What is the valid legal address of the property according to the property tax assessor website? Does it include "N" in the address? If so, the legal address on the listing would need to match the property tax assessor records and the County registration records.

I would contact the City of Denver and verify with them why they are showing "N" if there is no "N" in the legal address. Some databases require you to spell out North instead of using the abbreviation "N". Also, sometimes the address must be in all CAPS to match the registration database.

Have you tried posting on your local host group on FB @Viktor468

I have a pending admission to the Denver group, I will try there too!

It went through just now! It's weird, because I didn't change anything and it was already 48 hours+ after I received the license. I hope whoever finds this thread useful will just be patient like me.
