Hi everyone! I’m a superhost and have had multiple units listed on Airbnb over the past 2 ish years!
I am moving into the bottom unit of a duplex I own, where the top unit is one of my airbnbs.
Am I obligated to specify on the top units listing that I live in the other unit of the building per Airbnb rules?
They share a porch but have completely separate entrances and are completely separate units.
I don’t want to mislead any guests or “hide” that the host is downstairs. I’m just also not wanting to interact with every guest we have or be on immediate call 24/7 due to being right downstairs. Not that I don’t want to be handy when needed- just don’t want guests knocking on my door.
I cant find a solid answer and unfortunately had too much of a language barrier explaining this to Airbnb support.
