Duplicate Listing Problem

My unit was removed as a duplicate listing. After going through an appeal process, providing documents including LLC Info, DBA Information, Lease Contract, Lease Applications etc. My appeal was denied citing:

We have reviewed your appeal and have decided to uphold the original outcome of removing your listing. This is because it was determined that your listing is the same place as a previous listing that was not following our ground rules for Hosts. You can learn more about the ground rules for Hosts through our Help Center article:

I am using the arbitrage model in a complex that only works with Airbnb Hosts. I don't know what else I can do.

Support team has been useless and won't communicate what I need to do.

I don't know what the solution is, as Airbnb is also removing listings as duplicates even if the previous listing had no problems

For now, I wouldn't advise using arbitrage and trying to list a property that has already been listed on Airbnb. If the owner of the complex will only allow Airbnb then not much you can do. They will soon realize that model won't work for them and they should allow other platforms to be used.

@Farris6  Sorry this is happening.  I am sure it's frustrating for you.  Since the building is all Airbnb arbitrage, maybe you can contact another operator in the building to see if this has happened to them and how it was handled.

If you go on Facebook there is an arbitrage group called "The Hosts of Airbnb Automated"  Sean Rakidzich runs the group.  I bet if you post your question there, you will get some feedback as to how to handle.

Best of luck!

From Airbnb's message - it's not that you are creating a listing that was previously listed under another leasee, but Airbnb say...,

'This is because it was determined that your listing is the same place as a previous listing that was not following our ground rules for Hosts'.

This means airbnb say they did something in terms of how they were managing the listings that meant Airbnb stopped them from operating.

Anyway looks like your listings are back.  @Farris6
