Duplicate listing removal Help

Hi @Airbnb, I really need your help.

My listing has been blocked for over two weeks, and I’m losing bookings and income every day.

Could a Community Manager please help escalate this case to the relevant team? I’d really appreciate any assistance — the listing is currently inactive, and I’m losing booking opportunities.

My husband is the legal owner of our home and has owned it for over 34 years. We rented it to a company under a Company Let Agreement, and during that time the tenant listed our property on Airbnb without our knowledge or permission.

When the tenancy ended, we regained possession, spent thousands of pounds restoring and refurbishing the property, and created a brand-new listing to host it ourselves.

Unfortunately, Airbnb’s system still links our address to the former tenant’s inactive account, so my listing has been flagged as a duplicate. This isn’t a duplicate listing—it’s the rightful owners trying to list their own home.

I’ve already submitted my ID, proof of ownership, the tenancy agreement, and all the documents Airbnb requested, but my support cases keep getting closed before the issue is resolved, leaving me to start all over again.

I’m simply asking for my case to be escalated to the Trust & Safety team so the former tenant’s unauthorized association with our property can be removed and we can start hosting our own home.

Please help us resolve this. We just want the opportunity to host our property legally and fairly.
